Admin Support Trainee – Permitting

Position: Admin Support Trainee – Permitting

We are looking for a motivated and organized individual to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong administrative experience who wants to build a long-term career in the construction and roofing industry.

No permitting experience required!

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with submitting and processing roofing permits
  • Communicate with city and county permitting offices
  • Track permit statuses and update internal systems
  • Coordinate with project managers, crews, and homeowners
  • Organize project documents and maintain accurate records
  • Handle administrative and scheduling tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • Strong administrative or office experience required
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills
  • Quick learner with a positive attitude
