Bilingual Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a motivated and professional Bilingual Customer Service Representative to connect with homeowners and schedule appointments for window and roofing consultations. This is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven individual who enjoys speaking with people, generating opportunities, and contributing to a growing company.

Responsibilities

  • Contact homeowners by phone using company-provided leads
  • Build positive relationships with prospective customers
  • Qualify potential customers and identify project needs
  • Schedule appointments for window and roofing consultations
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and appointments
  • Follow up with leads and nurture prospects through the scheduling process
  • Meet daily and weekly performance goals

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of call center, telemarketing, appointment setting, or outbound sales experience
  • Strong outbound calling and lead generation background
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional phone presence and active listening skills
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with homeowners
  • Strong organizational and database management skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and dependable
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Can speak both in English and Spanish is a plus.
