Bilingual Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a motivated and professional Bilingual Customer Service Representative to connect with homeowners and schedule appointments for window and roofing consultations. Responsibilities
- Contact homeowners by phone using company-provided leads
- Build positive relationships with prospective customers
- Qualify potential customers and identify project needs
- Schedule appointments for window and roofing consultations
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and appointments
- Follow up with leads and nurture prospects through the scheduling process
- Meet daily and weekly performance goals
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of call center, telemarketing, appointment setting, or outbound sales experience
- Strong outbound calling and lead generation background
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional phone presence and active listening skills
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with homeowners
- Strong organizational and database management skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and dependable
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Can speak both in English and Spanish is a plus.
