Position: Call Center Rehash Sales Specialist

This role focuses on following up with homeowners who previously were interested in getting estimates for our products and services. You’ll recontact these homeowners to redevelop their interest and schedule appointments.

Responsibilities

• Recontact homeowners who had interest in our home improvement services but never scheduled an appointment or scheduled an appointment but cancelled or no show
• Redevelop interest of homeowners for our home improvement products and services
• Reschedule appointments

Requirements

• Experienced rehash specialist
• Strong communication and sales experience over the phone
