Call Center Representative Earn $50K to $90K

Position: Call Center Representative

Work with homeowners to schedule appointments for roofing and window projects. This is a career opportunity for a motivated, outgoing phone professional who enjoys connecting with people.

FULL TRAING PROVIDED

Work Saturday & Sunday 10am to 6pm

3days during the week 12pm to 8pm with 2 days off

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with homeowners, build rapport, and identify their home improvement needs.
  • Qualify leads and schedule appointments for window and roofing

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of call center experience
  • Exceptional client and database management skills-ability to develop and schedule appointments and manage lead database
  • Amazing Phone Skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Flexible availability to work various shifts during the week including some weekends
