Position: Canvass Manager Trainee No Sales Just Scheduling

We’re hiring motivated individuals to join as Canvass Manager Trainees — no sales,
just scheduling FREE inspections for homeowners.

Responsibilities:
• Walk neighborhoods and find homes with old original windows, doors and roofing
• Speak with homeowners, explain the value of impact windows, doors and roofing
• Schedule their FREE inspection appointment

What We’re Looking For:
• Friendly, confident communicator with an outgoing personality
• A go-getter who enjoys outdoor work and engaging with new people

Compensation & Growth:
• Base Salary + Commission – $50K–$125K per year potential
• 5-day work schedule
