Canvassing & Field Marketing Manager

We are an expanding home improvement organization looking for a competitive Field Marketing Manager to lead, scale, and inspire our door-to-door territory teams. The Mission:

  • Recruit & Build: Source, interview, and onboard a high-performing field rep team.
  • Lead from the Front: Deliver high-intensity daily meetings and hands-on field coaching.
  • Map Territories: Deploy smart route planning and analyze lead metrics to boost results.
  • Drive Culture: Maintain an electric, high-performance team environment.

What You Need:

  • Proven management experience in canvassing, D2D sales, or field marketing.
  • Home improvement industry exposure (highly preferred).
  • Elite communication and route-planning skills.
