Canvassing Manager (Base + Commissions)

We provide the platform, the backend support, and an aggressive override structure—you provide the leadership and the culture. If you have a proven track record of managing high-producing door-to-door marketing teams in the home improvement space, we want to talk to you.

The Financials:

  • Earning Potential: $100K - $175K+ per year
  • Perks: Strong base salary and performance bonuses

What You Will Do:

  • Interview candidates, and build a dedicated squad of field canvassers from scratch.
  • Run impactful morning meetings and hit the field with your reps to show them exactly how to overcome objections.
  • Take ownership of neighborhood logistics, territory mapping, and target routing to keep your team efficient.
  • Maintain a high-energy, positive environment focused on growth, competition, and hitting weekly targets.

What You Need to Qualify:

  • Solid background in Canvassing Management (Home Improvement experience is highly preferred).
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to train raw talent into top producers.
  • Elite organizational skills to handle route planning and daily team tracking.
