Position: Regional Canvassing Manager-We are hiring a Canvassing Manager Field Marketing Leader to lead our team and drive customer outreach efforts. You will be responsible for team development, territory management, and lead generation.
Salary Commission Overrides Earn$150K to $250K
Responsibilities
- Interview, hire, train, manage and motivate a team of canvassers.
- Plan neighborhood routes and daily field schedules.
- Develop and implement effective canvassing strategies.
- Conduct regular team meetings and provide ongoing coaching.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align efforts.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as Canvassing Manager or Canvassing Director in the Home Improvement Industry.
