Canvassing Manager No Selling Required

Position: Canvassing Manager

We are expanding quickly and in need of a leader who can step in, take ownership of the canvassing team, and start producing results right away!

Responsibilities

  • Interview, hire, train, manage and motivate canvassers
  • Do daily mapping and plan neighborhood routes and schedules.
  • Conduct daily meetings
  • Canvass neighborhoods to find old and damaged windows, doors and roofing
  • Speak to homeowners and schedule appointments for free inspection and estimates

Requirement

  • Proven experience managing or leading a door to door canvassing team
  • Canvassing Manager, Supervisor, Team Leaders are highly preffered

Compensation

  • Earn $100K to $175K per year
