Position: Canvassing Team Manager
We’re looking for someone who knows how to train and manage canvassers in the field. This is a high-income leadership role for a manager with proven home improvement canvassing experience.
Compensation:
- Base Salary

What You’ll Do:
- Interview, hire, train, manage and motivate a team of canvassers.
- Plan neighborhood routes and daily field schedules.
- Develop and implement effective canvassing strategies.
- Conduct regular team meetings and provide ongoing coaching.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align efforts.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous Canvassing Management experience in Home Improvement or related industry
required - Experience managing outside canvassing or field marketing teams
