We are expanding and searching for a Community Engagement Manager who can interview, recruit, train, and lead a high-performing canvassing team.
This position plays a critical role in driving company growth by ensuring consistent lead generation and team productivity throughout assigned neighborhoods.
Key Responsibilities
- Interview and hire canvassing representatives
- Train new hires and develop existing team members
- Manage daily canvassing operations
- Assign territories and oversee route execution
- Track performance metrics and implement improvement plans
- Lead by example through hands-on coaching
Requirements
- Previous canvassing management experience required
- Home improvement industry background preferred
- Experience scaling and managing field teams
- Strong leadership and accountability skills
Earnings
- $100,000 - $175,000 annually
- Salary plus performance commissions
