Community Engagement Representative

We are expanding and searching for a Community Engagement Representative

This position plays a critical role in driving company growth by ensuring consistent lead generation throughout assigned neighborhoods.

EARN $50,000 to $75,000 FULL TRAINING PROGRAM

Key Responsibilities

  • Canvass neighborhoods
  • Identify Issues with old windows & damaged roofing
  • Educate Homeowners on solutions and promotions available
  • Schedule in-home presentations and estimates

Requirements

  • Previous canvassing experience a Plus But not Required
  • Outgoing personality
  • Comfortable working and walking outside

Earnings

  • Earn $50,000 - $75,000 annually
  • Salary plus commissions
