What You'll Do

  • Make outbound calls to homeowners
  • Qualify prospects and generate interest
  • Schedule appointments for our sales consultants
  • Manage lead activity and maintain accurate records
  • Build strong relationships with potential customers

What We're Looking For

  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Strong phone etiquette and professionalism
  • Experience with outbound calling and appointment setting
  • Ability to work independently and achieve goals
  • Organized and detail-oriented

Preferred Background

  • 3+ years of call center, appointment setting, or lead generation experience
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance goals
  • Experience working with CRM systems and lead databases
