Direct Field Marketing Manager
Position: Direct Field Marketing Manager
We are expanding quickly and in need of a leader who can step in, take ownership of the canvassing team, and start producing results right away!
Responsibilities
- Interview, hire, train, manage and motivate canvassers
- Do daily mapping and plan neighborhood routes and schedules.
- Conduct daily meetings
- Canvass neighborhoods to find old and damaged windows, doors and roofing
- Speak to homeowners and schedule appointments for free inspection and estimates
Requirement
- Proven experience managing or leading a door to door canvassing team
- Canvassing Manager, Supervisor, Team Leaders are highly preffered
Compensation
- Earn $100K to $175K per year
