Position: Door to Door Canvasing Team Leader

We are seeking a proven field marketing leader to oversee canvassing operations, team performance, recruiting, and lead generation. This is a high-impact leadership role with strong earning potential and clear advancement opportunities.
Compensation:

Competitive base salary + commission
Team overrides
Earn $125K–$175K+

Responsibilities:
• Lead the hiring, interviewing, and onboarding process to scale the field team
• Conduct daily team meetings and provide hands-on field coaching
• Plan and manage neighborhood territories and daily routes
• Set performance targets, track KPIs, and drive canvassing results
• Implement strategies to consistently achieve lead generation goals

Requirements:
• Proven canvassing management experience in home improvement (required)
• Experience hiring, training, and retaining field marketing reps
• Strong skills in territory planning, mapping, and logistics
• Leadership mindset with ability to drive team performance
