Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, interview, and hire canvassers
  • Train, coach, and motivate your team
  • Lead daily team meetings and field ride-alongs
  • Develop neighborhood canvassing strategies
  • Manage performance and drive appointment generation
  • Build a positive, high-performance culture

Experience:

  • Proven experience managing a door-to-door canvassing team
  • Experience in home improvement, water treatment, roofing, windows, solar, HVAC, or similar industries
  • Strong leadership and recruiting skills
  • Track record of hitting team goals
