Field Outreach Rep Talk to People, Set Appointments, Get Paid

Position: Field Outreach Representative

Are you energetic and talkative? Love working outside? This could be the perfect opportunity
for you.

What You’ll Do:
• Knock on doors in assigned areas to find homes needing window, door, or roofing
upgrades
• Speak with homeowners and schedule FREE inspection appointments
• Build trust and interest in our services – no selling involved

Ideal Candidate:
• Friendly and approachable with strong verbal skills
• Enjoys outdoor, active work

What We Offer:
• Compensation of $50K–$75K (Base + Commission)
• Weekly pay + flexible 5-day workweek
• Room to grow within our sales and marketing team
