Position: Home Improvement Canvassing Manager-Join an established and fast growing home improvement company providing windows, doors, and roofing.

We are hiring an experienced canvassing manager to lead and grow a large door-to-door team. This is a high-earning leadership role offering base salary, commission, and overrides.

Lead, train, and grow a large door-to-door canvassing team and earn $125,000–$250,000 per year!

Compensation:

• $125,000–$250,000 annual earning potential

• Base salary, commission, overrides

Responsibilities:

• Recruit, interview, hire, train, and manage canvassers

• Lead team meetings and field coaching

• Plan neighborhoods, routes, and daily activity

• Track production and help the team improve results

Requirements:

• Proven canvassing management experience required

• Experience leading door-to-door teams

• Strong recruiting, coaching, and leadership skills

• Home improvement or related industry experience

Compensation:

• Base salary, commission, and team overrides
