Home Improvement Sales Rep

We're looking for a driven, experienced Window Sales Rep to run pre-set appointments and close sales for our energy-efficient window line. Our in-house canvassing team and 50-seat call center keep your calendar full — you focus on selling.

Requirements:

  • Strong, effective sales skills with a consultative approach
  • Ability to build rapport, project confidence, and overcome objections
  • Window and door sales experience required
  • Proven track record in Impact Window sales — required

Responsibilities:

  • Run pre-set estimate appointments
  • Present and sell window and door solutions tailored to homeowner needs
  • Close deals and maintain strong customer relationships through the sales process
