Impact Window Project Engineer

Position: Impact Window Project Engineer

Qualified Candidate Must Live in South Florida

Required Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in construction estimating with windows, doors, and roofing projects.
  • Engineering experience in construction, design, or project estimation
  • Comfortable reading plans and blueprints.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Review plans, drawings, and material lists for windows and doors projects
  • Prepare accurate estimates and proposals
  • Do quantity take-offs for materials and labor
  • Work with subcontractors and suppliers to get quotes and make sure everything matches the project requirements
  • Keep track of project budgets, schedules, and change orders
  • Provide field teams with all the information they need
  • Collaborate with clients and the sales team to review options and make recommendations
