Position: Canvasser
We are looking for motivated, high-energy individuals to join our field marketing team. As a Canvasser, you will be the face of our company, speaking directly with homeowners and helping them schedule free consultations for bathroom remodeling solutions.
No experience? No problem. We provide full, paid training and a proven system to ensure your success.
Responsibilities:
- Visit residential neighborhoods and identify homes with older windows, doors, or roofing
- Speak with homeowners and introduce our services
- Schedule FREE in-home estimates for our sales team
- Work outdoors and represent our company in the community
No selling required. Your role is simply to generate appointments.
Qualifications:
- Positive and outgoing personality
- Strong communication skills
- Goal-oriented and motivated to earn bonuses
- Comfortable working outdoors and walking neighborhoods
- Reliable transportation (car or truck required)
- No experience necessary – we'll train the right person
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Pay + Commission + Bonuses
