Lead a Canvassing Team

We're hiring a Canvassing Manager to lead our door-to-door canvassing team. Prior canvassing management experience is required.

Compensation & Perks

  • $150,000–$250,000+/year (Base Salary + Commission + Overrides)
  • Company vehicle + gas allowance
  • Autonomy to build and run your region like it's your own business

You'll be responsible for:

  • Hiring and onboarding canvassers
  • Training reps on scripts and objection handling
  • Setting daily/weekly performance goals
  • Managing schedules and territories
  • Coaching in the field
  • Tracking KPIs and reporting results

You need:
-Proven experience managing a canvassing team
-Strong leadership and coaching skills
-Comfortable working in the field
-Reliable transportation
