Manager Trainee Immediate Hiring

Position: Manager Trainee

Immediate Hiring! We are rapidly expanding and looking for outgoing and highly motivated individuals to join our canvassing team! Earn $50K-$125K scheduling appointments with homeowners – no selling required!

Responsibilities

  • Canvass residential neighborhoods to identify homes in need of home improvements (windows, doors, roofing)
  • Educate homeowners on the available products and financing options
  • Schedule appointments for free consultations – no selling needed.
  • Qualified candidates will learn how to manage, train and motivate a team of canvassers

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills
  • Outgoing personality
  • Coachable and eager to learn
  • Comfortable working and walking neighborhoods
  • Reliable transportation (car/truck)

Compensation:

  • Salary, Commission & Bonus (Earn $50,000 to $125,000 per year)
