Manager Trainee Start ASAP

Company: Florida's Fast Growing Window Company selling and installing Top Quality Windows, Doors and Roofing.

Position: Manager Trainee

Salary: Earn $50K–$125K (Salary + Commission + Bonus)

Full training program for qualified candidates to learn how to train, manage and motivate field marketing and canvassing representatives in the lucrative home improvement industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Canvass older neighborhoods to find old original windows, doors and damage roofing
  • Educate homeowners on special finance programs and schedule free presentations
  • Qualfied candidates will learn how to train,manage and motivate a team of canvassers

Requirements:

  • Outgoing and approachable personality
  • High energy and money motivated
  • Coachable and willing to learn
  • Reliable car or truck
  • Comfortable working outdoors
