Outside Canvassing Team Manager - Home Improvement - Up to $175K

Position: Outside Canvassing Team Manager - Home Improvement

We’re looking for someone who knows how to train and manage canvassers in the field. This is a high-income leadership role for a manager with proven home improvement canvassing experience.

Compensation:

  • Base Salary
  • Commission
  • Performance Bonuses
  • Team Overrides
  • Earning Potential: Up to $175K

What You’ll Do:

  • Interview, hire, train, manage and motivate a team of canvassers.
  • Plan neighborhood routes and daily field schedules.
  • Develop and implement effective canvassing strategies.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and provide ongoing coaching.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align efforts.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous Canvassing Management experience in Home Improvement or related industry
    required
  • Experience managing outside canvassing or field marketing teams
