Project Manager for Windows (Spanish-Speaking)

The Required Focus: Please note that this is a specialized role. Qualified candidates must have direct, proven project management experience specifically within the window and door industry. Candidates from general construction or roofing backgrounds will not be considered for this position.

Your Core Responsibilities:

  • Logistics & Ordering: Order precise window materials and meticulously track shipments to ensure timely delivery to job sites.
  • Scheduling: Coordinate and manage installation timelines with homeowners, internal installers, and subcontractors.
  • Issue Resolution: Act as the main point of contact to troubleshoot and resolve installation or customer service friction on-site.
  • Quality Control: Conduct final, thorough on-site punch list walkthroughs for every residential installation project to ensure premium quality.

Skills and Qualifications Needed:

  • 5+ years of dedicated project management experience within the window and door sector.
  • Deep, practical knowledge of residential window installation processes.
  • Highly detail-oriented with the elite multitasking skills required to run dozens of active jobs simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to confidently navigate tough conversations with homeowners, installers, and tradesmen alike.
