Project Manager for Windows (Spanish-Speaking)

Your Core Responsibilities:
- Logistics & Ordering: Order precise window materials and meticulously track shipments to ensure timely delivery to job sites.
- Scheduling: Coordinate and manage installation timelines with homeowners, internal installers, and subcontractors.
- Issue Resolution: Act as the main point of contact to troubleshoot and resolve installation or customer service friction on-site.
- Quality Control: Conduct final, thorough on-site punch list walkthroughs for every residential installation project to ensure premium quality.
Skills and Qualifications Needed:
- 5+ years of dedicated project management experience within the window and door sector.
- Deep, practical knowledge of residential window installation processes.
- Highly detail-oriented with the elite multitasking skills required to run dozens of active jobs simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to confidently navigate tough conversations with homeowners, installers, and tradesmen alike.
