Project Manager (Impact Windows)
We are looking for a sharp, detail-driven, Project Manager who takes pride in flawless execution. This role requires a strong field presence, master-level logistics coordination, and the ability to comfortably communicate with both corporate staff and field labor.
To be considered for this position, you must have 5+ years of window and door project management experience. We are not looking for general construction or roofing managers; residential window installation expertise is required.
Daily Field & Office Operations:
- Schedule window installations efficiently across multiple active residential job sites.
- Procure materials accurately and ensure all windows and doors arrive on time.
- Take full ownership of field issues, resolving conflicts quickly between homeowners, installers, and subcontractors.
- Perform meticulous on-site final inspections and complete comprehensive project punch lists.
Strict Hiring Requirements:
- 5 or more years of dedicated experience managing window/door projects.
- Elite communication skills—you must be comfortable handling homeowner concerns and managing subcontractors with equal professionalism.
- Exceptional multi-tasking abilities and extreme attention to detail.
