Position: Regional Director of Canvassing Work in South Florida (South Florida Territory)-hire, train, and grow a large high performing door to door canvassing team in South Florida. This is a full time leadership opportunity with base salary, commission, team overrides, and strong earning potential. NO SELLING!
Compensation
- Earn $150K to $250K
Qualifications:
- Canvassing management experience in home improvement or a related industry required
- Strong coaching, leadership, and team management skills
- Experience building, training, and motivating door to door sales or canvassing teams
- Comfortable working in the field and leading by example
Responsibilities
- Interview, hire, train, and manage a team of door to door canvassers
- Lead regular team meetings, coaching sessions, and field training
- Develop neighborhood mapping, and route plans in several regional areas
- Track team performance, support daily production, and help canvassers improve results
