Residential Window Installation Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Residential Window Installation Project Manager to oversee multiple active installation projects from scheduling through completion. This position is ideal for a highly organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has extensive experience managing residential window and door replacement projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule residential window and door installation projects.
  • Manage project timelines and ensure crews stay on schedule.
  • Order and track materials to ensure timely delivery.
  • Conduct site visits and oversee project quality.
  • Resolve homeowner concerns and field-related issues professionally.
  • Coordinate with installers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
  • Complete final inspections and manage punch-list items.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and status updates.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of residential window and door project management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of window installation processes and materials.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
