Window & Door Operations Manager

What You'll Do

  • Oversee daily project operations for residential window and door installations.
  • Schedule crews and manage project workflows.
  • Coordinate material procurement and delivery schedules.
  • Monitor installation progress and ensure quality standards are met.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners during project execution.
  • Manage subcontractor performance and resolve field challenges.
  • Perform final walkthroughs and ensure project completion.

  • 5+ years of direct experience managing residential window and door projects.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Experience working with installation crews and subcontractors.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Professional communication skills with both customers and team members.
